Standard Commercial Licence

This licence applies only to a product specifically sold with the Standard Commercial Licence. Copyright remains with Gianni Perugini; the artwork is licensed, not sold.
Permitted use
- Business websites, social posts, digital advertisements, presentations, videos and stream graphics.
- Finished client work when the artwork is flattened into the final design and no editable or source artwork is delivered.
- Reasonable cropping, resizing, colour adjustment and the addition of text or design elements for those permitted uses.
Not permitted
- Reselling, sublicensing, sharing, redistributing or giving away the source files, modified or unmodified.
- Selling the artwork as stock, a template, wallpaper, downloadable asset or a product whose main value is the artwork.
- Physical merchandise, print-on-demand products, publishing, book or album covers, logos, trademarks, NFTs or AI training/evaluation without a separate written licence.
- Claiming authorship, registering the artwork as your copyright or implying that the licence is exclusive.
Ownership and limits
The licence is non-exclusive and non-transferable for one purchaser or one purchasing organization. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the final use complies with applicable laws and platform rules. The artwork is supplied as-is. Liability is limited to the amount paid for this licence to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Cette licence commerciale standard permet l’utilisation des œuvres dans des sites Web d’entreprise, publications sociales, publicités numériques, présentations, vidéos, éléments de diffusion et projets clients aplatis. Elle ne permet pas la revente ou la redistribution des fichiers sources, les marchandises, l’impression sur demande, l’édition, les couvertures de livres ou d’albums, les logos, les marques de commerce, les NFT ni l’entraînement ou l’évaluation de systèmes d’IA. Ces usages exigent une autorisation écrite distincte.
